As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and an anxiety and pain management specialist, I am dedicated to helping people positively transform their lives. I help clients find peace and calm within themselves by providing simple yet effective methods for overcoming stress and anxiety, building self-confidence, overcoming fears and phobias, improving sleep patterns and ending unwanted habits.
I also use my professional training in Analytical Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP Mindfulness and EFT to provide comprehensive guidance to all clients I work with. My approach is empathetic yet empowering, guiding those who use my services towards greater clarity of purpose and fulfilment in life.
