Anxiety can feel like you're always on alert, even when nothing’s wrong.

Racing thoughts, a tight chest, that wired-but-exhausted feeling. You might feel on edge, overwhelmed, or just tired of holding it all together.

Hypnotherapy helps by calming the nervous system and working directly with the patterns that keep anxiety stuck in place. You don’t need to analyse every thought or push your way through. In a relaxed state, your system becomes more open to change, so you can start to feel more in control, more steady, and more like yourself again.

This space is here for you, just as you are, with nothing to prove and nothing to hold back.

You’re always doing. Always thinking. Always responding. Looking after others, managing everything, and leaving yourself until last.

Even when there’s space to rest, your mind keeps going. Relaxing doesn’t come easily anymore because your system has forgotten how.

In these sessions, I use hypnotherapy alongside practical tools to help you to feel calmer and I teach you how to relax, how to switch off, and how to get a good night’s sleep.

This isn’t about stopping everything. It’s about creating space inside the chaos, where you get to come first, for once.

Children feel things deeply, even if they don’t always have the words to explain what’s going on.
Anxiety, sleep struggles, big emotions, changes at school or at home... it can all build up quietly.

I create a calm, child-friendly, fun space where they can feel safe, understood, and supported.
Using gentle hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques, I help children learn how to manage their emotions, feel more confident, and find a sense of calm they can carry with them.

Some children need help winding down at night. Others need support coping with worry, anger, or overwhelm.
Whatever they’re facing, the aim is the same: to give them tools they can actually use and to help them feel more like themselves again.
