Hypnosis for Deep Relaxation
Happy August to you all, it is my favourite month of the year. It’s a month full of family time, endless possibilities, hot weather and holidays. Slightly different for most of us this year however it is a great time to explore and try out new things, maybe we need to be a bit more creative however the opportunities are there.
This fortnight I am focusing on confidence and deep relaxation. My upcoming HypnoRelax group session takes place on Saturday the 15th of August at 1.00pm, via Zoom and as well as helping you to relax deeply, I wil be giving suggestions to help you improve your confidence. It doesn’t matter if you have never had confidence or if you have recently had a knock, I can help.
I love Zoom group sessions as you get to lie in your own bed and as I mute everyone during the session you aren’t disturbed by each others snores. Best of all you don’t need to drive home and can just relax for as long as you want after the session.
